Boots to Shoes Foundation provides mentors for 21st century veterans and transitioning military who are seeking their first 21st century job. Mentors are business professionals who commit to meeting face to face a minimum of twice per month to provide:
- Resume feedback and interview coaching
- Insight into the language of civilian professions
- Objective discussion of career goals
- Encouragement in developing a job search plan
