RallyPoint/6 welcomes Christa Lippert, Spouse of an Active Duty Servicemember, and one of our Front Desk Volunteers

RallyPoint/6 re-welcomes Christa Lippert, who has decided to take her Volunteer work to a new level…as an AmeriCorps Member with RallyPoint/6

RallyPoint/6’s mission is being carried out be several dedicated individuals, to include our Staff and AmeriCorps Members. And although their dedication is apparent every day, the mission could not, and will not be accomplished, without a dedicated Corps of Volunteers, who carry out a variety of daily tasks, to include Front Desk Operations, IT Support and Operational Support. One of those amazing Volunteers was Ms. Christa Lippert. We say “was”, because Christa has recently stepped up her game, signing on as an AmeriCorps Member with RallyPoint/6. This is a great indicator of just how much service to RallyPoint/6 means to those who volunteer here. So if you’re looking for an opportunity to serve Veterans, maybe you should see what RP/6 has to offer in the way of volunteering.

Christa recently PCS’d to WA with her husband from Ft. Bragg, NC and found RP/6, while looking for a volunteer opportunity serving local veterans.   This was her 16th move as a military spouse and over that time, she accumulated a wide a variety of work and volunteer experience. 27 years of globetrotting with her husband and 2 kids has enabled Christa to nurture a keen appreciation for the Military Community as a whole.  Christa is also a military brat, the very proud daughter of a Vietnam and Korean War veteran who started her life in a military hospital in Frankfurt, Germany.

She has a degree in business Management from Philadelphia University and has worked for USAA, State Farm and MetLife. She has also worked on a farm in Kansas, at a library in Germany and as a  theater costume designer.  Her volunteer work includes ACS, MWR, JAG and many other organizations.  She is thrilled to be part of RP/6 and helping the members of her military family, and looks forward to greeting you as you come through our doors..
