Frank was born in Bellingham, WA and raised in Puyallup, WA. After graduation from Puyallup High School, Frank entered the U.S. Army and spent a year in Vietnam. Upon completion of hismilitary service he registered for college at Tacoma Community College completing 90 hours of course study majoring in Psychology.
Providing for a family of six, he then began a career in offset printing with Pierce County, finally opening hisown business. His second career was in Real Estate as an agent, followed by a commercial and residential cleaning business.
Finally, learning and working in the telecommunications field for over eleven years and finding an overabundance of techs and fewer positions available, he took a position with the Washington State Dept. of Veterans Affairs and hasbeen actively involved in serving his fellow veterans, from setting up the King County Veterans Call Center to helping veterans recently released from jail get back on their feet. When recommended for a position helping veterans with others of the same passion at RallyPoint/6, he “jumped at the chance”. As a full time member of the Rally Point/6 team, Frank brings the full array of programs and services from the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs in support of the agency mission of “Serving those who Served.”
